I have several tackle boxes arranged in a manner that one can be taken depending on focus of species or tactics. In addition to that is an old shipping box filled with spares and pairs. If I cant easily get to the back or bottom of a tackle box, I reorganize.

In my opinion a slot of 15-18 inches would be preferable. Creel limit 10. And if everyone demands it they should listen. Including demanding that fish not be netted and shipped out of state.
